How noori began

Noori started at Amber's monthly chai & wine nights in her home in Palo Alto to build community — and it was there she learned that teens and tweens were going to Sephora and using products not made for their young skin.

To better understand the problem, Amber — a pharmacist and a mother of two teens — went to work the floor at Sephora as a beauty advisor. She saw the gap firsthand. She saw the power of social media and the 10-step routines. And what she understood was simple: these kids just want to feel good in their own skin, like everybody else. So she formulated noori — drawing on her background in biology and chemistry — clean, gentle, and made with handpicked ingredients chosen specially for young skin.
